Team Strategy

Knowing we are handling your reputation – as well as our own – we take the job seriously, using a team approach for maximum accuracy. Each team has a Team Leader (TL), a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Carrier Representative (CR). Your personal CSR will communicate with you and the team daily to monitor loads en-route and arrange for new loads. The CR finds the best carrier for you from our national network, tracking each truck from pick-up to delivery and keeping your CSR updated. The TL double-checks both the CSR and the CR to verify all pick-ups, en-route check calls to drivers, on-time delivery and proof of that delivery.

 

They also make sure you are updated often.
